I build businesses. I back entrepreneurs. I say what I think.
Just a collection of things I've built and care about.
Built from
scratch.
Not funded. Not templated. Real businesses, built with real skin in the game. Some worked. Some didn't. All of them taught me something.
A platform connecting businesses with professional coaches. Built to make quality coaching accessible at scale.

right people.
I've made enough mistakes to know where I'm useful. Both sections below work the same way.
I invest where I can
actually be useful.
I'm not a VC. I invest in businesses where my experience is relevant - where I can open a door, spot a problem early, or help someone avoid a mistake I've already made.
It usually ends up being early stage, B2B, subscription or services. Not because that's the rule - because that's where I know what I'm doing.
- Early stage, before it gets crowded
- B2B, subscription, professional services
- Sectors I've operated in myself
- If there's no fit, I'll tell you
I only work with people
I can actually help.
It's about fit. I need to be able to add something real, and we need to get along. If either of those isn't there, it won't work. Simple as that.
I always start with a conversation - no commitment on either side. The goal is to get you from where you are to where you're going, then move on. I'm not trying to make myself permanent.
- Starts with a conversation, not a contract
- Two-way decision - you're choosing too
- A to B, not a permanent arrangement
- If we don't get along, it won't work

Notes.
Unfinished thinking. Things I noticed, argued with myself about, or just wanted to write down. No particular schedule.
The other stuff
Not strategic. Not monetised. Just things I'm into.
